i don’t want to ski, just somewhere in feb with lots of snow, activities for the kids and just somewhere that is a little bustly with traditional markets for instance.
also which travel agent would you recommend for snow holidays.

Courchevel in French Alps.
Would recommend 1650 or 1850.
Lots to do and a lovely place.
Finland or Estonia.
The Zugspitze near Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Germany is a place where a lot of people go to enjoy winter in Europe. Also, there is a lot of markets and things like that around the holidays.
